Education Week
Education Week is just around the corner, taking place in week 3. We’re excited to announce that MVPS will be hosting an Open Day.

Kindergarten

K-2 Athletics & Cross Country Carnival
Where: Pittwater High School
When: Tuesday 2nd September
Time: 9am-2:45pm

Year 2 & Year 3
Year 2 and 3 students will be participating in the NSW DoE's Swimming and Water Safety program. This is a 45 minute lesson each day for 10 days.
Where: Narrabeen Academy of Sport
When: Monday 18th-Friday 29th August (Weeks 5 & 6)
Time: Session 1: 10-10:45 - (2 Purple & 2 Silver)
Session 2: 10:45-11:30 - (2 Blue, 2 Orange & Support)
Session 3: 11:30-12:15 - (3 Blue, 3 Orange & 3 Yellow)
Please note: On Fridays, sessions 1 & 3 will be swapped to accommodate PPSSA.

Year 5
All Year 5 students will be showcasing their DanceSport skills in a Performance Afternoon for parents/carers/grandparents - all welcome.
Where: Performing Arts Centre (PAC)
When: Monday 18th August
Time: 1:45pm-2:45pm
* Parents can enter via the Waratah main gate or the PAC gate - entrance on Bungan Street.
K-6 Aboriginal Performance
Where: At school
When: Thursday 24th July

Yr 3-6 Athletics Carnival
Where: Sydney Academy of Sport Narrabeen
When: Monday 28th July
Time 9:00am - 2:00pm
* Permission note links have been emailed home and can be found on your parent portal. If your child is in Year 2 and turning 8 this year and would like to compete in the 3-6 Carnival please email the school to be added to the event.
