Messages
Parents are requested not to telephone for messages to be relayed to students unless there is an emergency. Reasons for absence, changes of routine, especially for afternoon pick up, should be communicated to the class teacher by a hand written note.
First Point of call is the class teacher
If you have any concerns, please speak to your child’s class teacher first. Parent-teacher meetings may be requested by the teacher or parent on a needs basis throughout the year. Most teachers like to schedule meetings before or after school.
If concerns remain unresolved after a parent-teacher meeting, either party may request a further interview with the Assistant Principal or Deputy Principal. Serious concerns should be referred directly to the Principal.
