Our school offers a range of spaces, tools and resources to support students. Whether it’s for learning, sport, creativity, group work or independent research, our learning environments and resources give students what they need to succeed.

Our school facilities

We offer a range of learning environments. They help students stay engaged, build confidence and enjoy every part of their school day, enhanced by a major capital works program by School Infrastructure completed in 2023 where students benefit from:

upgraded teaching spaces and core facilities
additional permanent teaching spaces
new staff and administration facilities
improvements to accessibility
a performance space for shared use with the community.

At Mona Vale PS you will find:

Resources and technology

Our school uses modern technology and digital learning tools. Our resources help students learn, create and stay connected. As a NSW public school, we have access to shared programs and tools available to all schools in the state. Our students benefit from a well-resources suite of laptops, gradually accessed from Year 2.

Purpose built amenities with modern, light filled classrooms; external areas that feature our school's heritage.

Our technology and digital learning tools are utilised for key aspects of the curriculum, group work and independent research.

Creative spaces for dance, drama and choir and specialist rooms for music, taught by trained music teachers. A performance space for dance, drama and public speaking.

Sports facilities for sport, fitness and play. Students are taught PDHPE by qualified, specialist teachers.

Term 1 Thursday 12 February: 10:00am - 11:00am and Tuesday 24 March: 4:00pm -5:00pm
Term 2 Thursday 7 May: 10:00am - 11:00am and Tuesday 16 June: 4:00pm - 5:00pm
Term 3 Thursday 6 August: 10:00am - 11:00am, Tuesday 15 September: 4:00-5:00pm and OC Tour Wednesday 23 September 10:00am - 11:00am.
Term 4 Tuesday 13 October: 10:00am - 11:00am and Thursday 19 November: 4:00pm - 5:00pm
